Start with a comprehensive SFG Movement analysis that identifies your physical limitations and movement patterns that possibly interfere with your game.
Based on your evaluation, we provide a summary of findings and a create a program with carefully chosen expert-recommended video routines that are customized to your Golf needs.
They help you understand what your habits and patterns are, how to retrain your nervous system and your body in the most efficient way without hurting yourself or creating more restrictions. It’s all about quality not quantity, so you can feel the difference instantly.
In weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions, we instruct your personal exercises, we guide you HOW to train efficiently so you can enjoy improved flexibility, mobility, strength and balance.
We help you prepare the new movement pattern into your golf swing and discuss details and questions how to integrate the learning so you can play pain-free golf.
You will practice on the range, on the course and integrate the SFG Warm Up exercises. Discuss with your Swing Coach the new found movement patterns and make adjustments when needed. During your individual weekly sessions, we will discuss what you need to improve and make adjustments to your program.
After two months, we will perform a second SFG Movement analysis and check the progress of your work and discuss further options.

Feldenkrais (see picture) was a distinguished scientist, physicist, engineer and triple black belt Judo master. He was a pioneer in movement science and studied extensively the exploration into the relationship between bodily movement and increased mental awareness that facilitates physical improvement. He developed the method that now bears his name.
