  In weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions, we instruct your personal exercises, we guide you HOW to train efficiently so you can enjoy improved flexibility, mobility, strength and balance.

We help you prepare the new movement pattern into your golf swing and discuss details and questions how to integrate the learning so you can play pain-free golf.

  You will practice on the range, on the course and integrate the SFG Warm Up exercises. Discuss with your Swing Coach the new found movement patterns and make adjustments when needed. During your individual weekly sessions, we will discuss what you need to improve and make adjustments to your program.

Our SWISSFIT GOLF Movement System is a product from over 30 years of experience working in athletic fields, with Pro Golfers and Amateurs, as well as in therapeutic pain clinics. Blending the best principles from Functional Movement Test (TPI Medical), Biomechanical & Human Movement Principles (the Feldenkrais Method®) and Pilates Posture Evaluation & Movement Principles, we created SFG, a perfect guide for an effective path to moving – feeling and playing better.

By using the Feldenkrais Method® as a unique and amazing teaching and thinking tool, this sets us apart from the competition in the quality it offers to training and re-conditioning

DR. MOSHE FELDENRKAIS

Feldenkrais (see picture) was a distinguished scientist, physicist, engineer and triple black belt Judo master. He was a pioneer in movement science and studied extensively the exploration into the relationship between bodily movement and increased mental awareness that facilitates physical improvement. He developed the method that now bears his name.
