This Master Plus Program has all the elements of the 3 Months program and takes it to the next Level. This is for the SERIOUS GOLFER who wants to find answers that you might not have found anywhere else . To automate new movement patterns, it takes time & commitment. We help you every step of the way. Increase the awareness of our body & swing and how you can apply your new swing feel into your golf swing with staying healthy & pain-free during the process. Practice on the range, on the course and integrate the SFG Warm Up exercises. Discuss with your Swing Coach the new found movement patterns and make adjustments when needed. During your individual weekly sessions, we will discuss what you need to improve and make adjustments to your program.
After three months, we will perform a second SFG Movement analysis and check the progress of your work and discuss further options.
