Practice on the range, on the course and integrate the SFG Warm Up exercises. Discuss with your Swing Coach the new found movement patterns and make adjustments when needed. During your individual weekly sessions, we will discuss what you need to improve and make adjustments to your program.
After three and six months, we will perform a second SFG Movement analysis and check the progress of your work and discuss further options.

Feldenkrais (see picture) was a distinguished scientist, physicist, engineer and triple black belt Judo master.
